Missing content SBC pack glitch / walkout didn’t appear but item

Hi EA Support, I recently completed an Icon SBC in FC 26, and when I opened the pack, the animation completely glitched — there was no walkout at all. The pack just disappeared, and the player ended up directly in my Unassigned items. This was supposed to be a really special moment for me — I’ve never had an Icon before, and I’ve always looked forward to seeing that walkout animation. Instead, it just bugged out, and honestly it felt pretty disappointing after spending my time and coins on the SBC. I just wanted to ask if this issue is known, and if there’s any possibility for compensation or even just acknowledgment that the pack was bugged.
