Missing Gullit and Matheus ICON Career Mode

Unlocked both Gullit, Matheus, and other players in the past seasons and they continue to be missing/unable to be used in ICON Career Mode. I can confirm they have had a green check mark meaning I've claimed those rewards to be able to be used. Every single time, regardless of whether its intial squads or updated squads, I cannot select these players when attemping to start a new ICON Career mode. Please help me solve this issue. 100s of other members are reporting the same issue as well and there has been no mention whether this is under investigation or not. HELP!!!!!!
