Multiple Objectives Not Tracking Correctly

I am experiencing multiple objective tracking issues in EA SPORTS FC 26.
- Spirit of Africa Tournament
- Tournament completed
- Event Status shows "Winner"
- "Win Tournament" objective remains 0/1
- Objective group stuck at 5/6
- Evolution reward cannot be claimed - Champions Objective
- Won a Champions match
- "Win 2" objective still shows 0/2 - Clean Sheets Objective
- Progress is not tracking correctly despite completing matches.
I have already contacted EA Help and an investigation report has been submitted under Case #248056262.
I have already completed all troubleshooting steps suggested by EA Help, including:
- Restarting the game
- Restarting the EA App
- Restarting my PC
- Logging out and back into Ultimate Team
- Checking through both the FC Companion App and FC Web App
The issues still persist.
