My Controller is still not working on rivals or tournments

I Tried the 60hz thing already and i have the Game on ea just like everyyear and my controller works fine in moments and Squad battles 

I dont seem to find anysolutions and Fr My '' pre-season '' aint a pre-season anymore its just ruined if anyone Have anyother solutions for this issue on the ea app... Feel Free to share it untill our great ea company Fixes this in the next 10 years

    Well just to be more specific regarding this issue it aint really just the controller cause even keyboard will refuse to work in Rivals/tournments so the game bascially refuses anykind of movement input the only thing working is the '' Option '' button to stop and Menu works just fine so u can quit the game and give ur free wins as if u have been facing a hecker everysingle game or smth
