No Fans Rewarded for Clubs Rush season end

Is there a glitch or problem with Clubs Rush because we haven't received our 2.5 million fans for the end of italia 90 season. We was on 20+ million fans, on the eve of the season finishing, we then played a few 11v11 games that night, then the new season started the next morning & our fan base has only increased by those games.  we finished top 1% as required & are trying to reach level 9 on the reputation ladder but have definitely not received our fans reward.
