AlmightyVegeta My guess is that you are using the Glory Hunter version of Stanišić. This version's preferred position is RM and not CB. This could be the reason your objective is not progressing. Try using Bundesliga defenders with CB, RB, or LB as their preferred position.
I used four Bundesliga defenders and it worked for me.

The current objective is "concede 3 goals or less in 3 separate matches." 0/3
Maybe it's not counting every match but every 3 matches.
You should get 1/3 after playing 3 matches if you know what I mean.
