On the wrong servers !!!!

For the last two months I feel like I’m playing against people on the wrong server. There routing me wrong my ping went from 24ms to over 40ms in most games and it’s unstable. For years it was fine and now the game is unplayable when connectivity jumps all over. I’ve done everything I can thru my ISP. Nothing works
