online wins don’t count when other player quits

I am working my way up the divisions in online seasons and winning by high margins, often causing the other player to quit mid game.

I understand that for it to count as a win, 20 mins have to have been played, a penalty must have been awarded, or a red card has to have been issued. 

This is happening after half time though and sometimes even at the end of the game and still not counting. I’d love for it to get fixed because it’s really frustrating winning and not being rewarded.
