Only One Player Controllable During Match

I encountered a recurring issue where I can control only one player during a match. All other players have indicators above their heads but remain frozen and unresponsive. At first, I thought it might be caused by a hack, but I recently faced another player who experienced the same issue and accused me of hacking — which suggests it’s likely a game bug rather than a cheat. Notes: The issue occurs randomly but it happens mainly in FUT champions (2 times this week and 3 in the previous week).
