Pack Opening Error – TOTY Player Appeared as Gold Rice and Pina

Hello, I want to report a possible pack issue.

On 27.01.2026 at around 16:40 UTC+3, I opened a pack and received Declan Rice and Pina as Gold versions. Both players currently have TOTY versions in packs, so receiving the Gold versions instead seems incorrect.

I have a screenshot for Rice as proof. I do not have one for Pina, but this should be visible in the account logs. The logs can show which pack was opened at that time and which player items were assigned to my account.

I would appreciate it if support could review the logs and confirm whether there was an error. If confirmed, I hope the correct TOTY versions can be granted.
