Hello EA_Mako​ & EA_Aljo​ , attached is a video of my screen with my network stats as well as the onscreen controller. In the video you can clearly see I can not move from the start of the online game. I want to confirm the same controller works perfectly on EAFC 26 offline modes and on other games. I average around 19ms ping. When this happens 1 of 2 things occur that i noticed. I either can not move at all the second the game starts. Or, I can move for about 5 in-game minutes then my ping spikes to 35/40ms and I lose control of the players. I always have my networks stats on regardless of what game I play. I highest I have ever seen my ping go to is 22ms. My Internet upload and download speeds are very good too. I use a CAT6 certified ethernet cable for my connection. I have a few external devices connected. 1x USB-C cable for my controller, 2x Bluetooth USB for headset and mouse, 1x wired keyboard. I have tried to remove all external devices and restart my game/pc, the issue still occurs. Attached is also a dxdiag report.

estou com o mesmo problema achei que era problema com o controle porem e bug msm nao sei o que fazer so sei que comprei a versao ultimate com acesso antecipado e nao estou conseguindo aproveitar isso pois nao consigo jogar nenhuma partida online seje evento ao vivo ou rivals nao sei mais o que fzr EA_Mako​ @

In offline modes like squad battles the game is just fine, maybe a little lower fps than i would like but i can deal with it. Online however, players don't respond to a single button i press unless its a delayed pass that can only go in 1 direction. Half the game they are standing still or running in the same direction all of the passes go, I shouldn't be paying this much for a game to get it early, when the game doesn't even function properly, and isn't reaching out to the people with the problems to help. I have already tried some community help posts and even those won't work for many of us. Not trying to flex but I pulled Mbappe very early on into the game but i'm losing the hype for the card because i can't even use him in online modes.

My quick resaerch suggests that this only occurs with Intel CPUs.  EA_Aljo​ EA_Darko​ 

EA_Aljo​EA_Darko​EA_Vendcera​  I have just noticed a pattern that may help. I just went to play with some friends (6 others) they ALL have AMD PCs yet I have Intel and I am the only one out of my friends with this issue. Looking at others dxdiag they are also intel users. Could this be a intel compatability issue?

1. My PC should meet the requirements (GTX 1660 SUPER, Ryzen 5 2600, 16 GB RAM, M.2 SSD)
2. After the game starts right away and after halftime and every break. Sometimes random in the middle of the game
3. No i dont think so   
4. Europe (Germany)
5. I play with EA Play (ID is Raphael13456)

You better give out some compensation for this issue, the game is not playable. I lost so many online competative games because of this!
