PC unplayable
Hello,
Congratulations – it’s been over two weeks since the release, and PC players still can’t play online properly.
Are you aware that people paid extra money for early access, yet even after the official launch the game remains unplayable on PC?
This is honestly embarrassing for a company with decades of experience in game development. You keep patching small gameplay elements and objective bugs, but when will you finally address the most critical issue — the fact that the game itself doesn’t even function properly for a huge part of your player base?
Please, communicate with us — the community. We’re completely in the dark about the current status of this bug. It feels like you’re ignoring the PC players entirely.
In the last two weeks, I was able to play maybe two Rivals matches under normal conditions. Everything else is unplayable because the controller simply doesn’t respond online, while it works perfectly offline.
This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
What is the official status of this issue?
And where can I request a refund, since the product clearly doesn’t work as advertised?
