PC version keeps resetting to ultra display settings... makes game unplayable

Everytime I load the game my settings don't save and resets to ultra and makes the game a laggy mess. You can intermittently get round this by making the internal fcsetup.ini file read only. This shouldn't have to happen. This sometimes doesn't even work, you can change between rivals and tournament game types and the settings reset to ultra. This gives everyone on PC a huuuuggggeee disadvantage!

Please can this be fixed as a matter of urgency or refunds need to be allowed.
