Penalty Shootout Wins Disconnected
- In 2 instances following me winning a game after a penalty shootout this weekend, an error message occurred and I was disconnected from the ea servers, and was awarded a loss as a result. I have attached a video of the second instance of this, as well as the final record of 9-6 that could have instead been 10-5 or 11-4
the fact that this happened in an identical fashion twice demonstrates that it is not my connection and is instead an issue with the game itself. A level of compensation is fair following this as this bug occurred during a limited game mode and was completely out of my control, unfairly reflecting my performance.
