Player Stuck in Invisible Active Evolution

I have Wilfried Zaha stuck in an invisible active Evolution in FC 26 Ultimate Team.

The player card shows he is currently active in the Old School Winger Evolution at 2/4 progress, but the Evolution does not appear in My Evolutions on PC, Web App, or Companion App.

Objective progress does not track even when Zaha is used correctly in eligible modes. I can also start other Evolutions (using up both of my evo slots), so this does not appear to be an active-Evo slot issue. It looks like an orphaned server-side Evolution assignment on this specific player item.

Issue: Evolution is active on the player card, but missing from My Evolutions and cannot be resumed, progressed, or cleared

Already tried: restarting FC 26, checking Web App, checking Companion App, checking My Evolutions, playing eligible matches, and confirming that other Evolutions can still be used & completed. None of these fixed the issue.

Please clear or restore the stuck Old School Winger Evolution assignment from my Wilfried Zaha item server-side so I can either continue the Evolution or use the player normally again.
