PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR

My account triggers PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR when saving Pro Club customization. 

Any change i make will be met with this error and i cannot get rid of it.
