I bought instant axp after passing level 40 because it clearly says in the description when you buy instant axp in the clubs store “Can only be used before level 50” meaning i can continue using instant axp consumables up to level 50. I am at level 41 now for one of my archetypes but when i want to apply the consumable on my archetype it says “this can’t be applied as your active archetype is above level 40. “ So why mention level 50 in the description when you want to buy it when the max level you can use it up to is level 40. It’s very misleading and now i just wasted money buying fc points for nothing… I’m wondering whether this is just a bug or if ea is actually misleading me. Proof is attached.
Hello,
I purchased the 5,000 Instant AXP, at level 43, but I cannot use it because my level is already too high.
The confusing part is that the in-game store still allows me to purchase this item and shows it as available for my account, even though it is completely unusable due to my current level.
So:
- My level is too high to use 5,000 Instant AXP
- The store still sells it to me as if it is compatible with my level(it says use it before 50)
This feels misleading and inconsistent. If an item cannot be used at a certain level, it should not be purchasable at all.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Is there any solution, conversion, or refund for this situation?
