Pro Clubs bug, game not counting when the opponents forfeits

Me and my friend have played Clubs recently and basically every time when we have the lead and the opposite team leaves the match it doesn’t count as neither a win or loss. As soon as we press ’next game’, we get kicked out to the main menu and when we go back into Clubs again we still have 3 placement games left and the game we just played didn’t count. It’s SO frustrating!! We have to concede on purpose to make sure they don’t leave the game…….
