Pro Clubs Error Editing Appearance

In the meantime, as some other people have already pointed out, a workaround might be equipping another sleeve. That's apparently causing some issues.

Hello EA Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC (Steam) in Pro Clubs.

Whenever I try to save any changes to my Pro Clubs player, I receive the following error message:

“PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR”

The issue happens with any type of customization. I cannot save changes to my avatar appearance (including preset faces), hairstyle, or even simple changes like the kit number.

My Pro Clubs player still works correctly: I can play matches and keep my XP and progress, but no customization changes can be saved.

I have already tried:

• Restarting the game and my PC completely
• Restarting Steam and EA App
• Logging out and back into my EA account
• Clearing the EA App cache
• Repairing/verifying game files
• Making only small changes before saving

The problem is still present. It seems to be related to my Pro Clubs profile or an EA server-side issue, because every save attempt fails.

Could you please investigate my account/profile and help fix this issue or reset the affected Pro Clubs avatar data without deleting my progress?

If the prompt says,

*PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR

This can be fixed by going to your sleeves and equipping another one!

I believe it automatically equips a sleeve you don't have, which also gives me an error. Thankfully it's quite simple.

My pro clubs avatar won't save after changing my name and kit.

avatar editor can’t save changes and arm sleeve won’t remove. Please reset my appearance 

Mate, there is no point in reporting any bugs or issues related to Clubs. It is a forgotten game mode. The moderators and developers only care about Ultimate Team, because that is where they make all their money.

Hello EA Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 on PlayStation with Pro Clubs.

Whenever I try to save any changes to my Pro Clubs player (avatar appearance, name, or edits), I receive the following error message:

“PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR”

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Checking internet connection
• Restarting the game and console (full shutdown and clearing of cache)
• Logging out and back into my EA account
• Making minimal changes and saving
• Removing items (gloves, sleeves, etc)

The issue still persists. It appears to be a server-side or account-related issue, as no changes can be saved at all.

I'm on PS5 and my Clubs Pro cannot save any appearance changes. Every attempt results in PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR. I've restarted the console, reinstalled the game, tried changing one item at a time, removed accessories, and the issue still occurs every time. Could you check whether my Clubs avatar data is corrupted or reset my Pro?

EA should fix this error as i really want to change my character. This has been going on for weeks and i have done everything . Restart game,uninstall etc nothing working

I try to change my players hair and facial accessories but it comes up with PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR so can you please make it so I can change stuff on my character
