Pro clubs facilities ( not working )

When in game the facilities boosts which you’ve activated in the clubs facilities menu well these boosts are not working in game there not showing on your stats in game the only thing working on my pro player is the minus attributes you get in the height and weight when choosing your build the plus attributes are also not working had this problem strange only minus attributes work nothing else is done all the troubleshooting unlinking relinking EA account and more EA support didn’t help at all I also noticed that my pro club team name is also greyed out I am on ps5 pro
