Pro Clubs matchmaking settings issue.

Matchmaking since last week is randomly changing to western Europe.

I usually connect to south Africa server. But it shows not recommended while Indonesia shows as recommended. When trying to change the settings, I get an error failed to change club settings. 

My ping in clubs division has gone from 60 to above 220ms since last week. I suspect this bug is changing the club matchmaking each time.
