Problem logging into my account – in EA SPORTS FC 26

I play on PC.
Today a problem started – when I open the game, it doesn’t recognize the username I created for login.
Instead of my name, the number "1" appears, and I can’t log in.
If I click and try to enter anyway, it shows me another message saying the game cannot be loaded.              I tried repairing the game, and also uninstalling and reinstalling it, but unfortunately it didn’t help.
Please, I urgently need your help!
I’m really upset, I can’t play at all.
I’ve invested many hours and built a respectable ULTIMATE team, and I don’t want to lose it.
On the mobile app, I can still log in and see the data.
Please help me.

  • I am not a moderator, but you just have to delete it nothing happens it says data will be lost but my data wasn’t lost

    Take the risk or lose Fc 26 and never play it until Fc 27 comes out

    I have a really good squad that I built in Ultimate.
    If I delete my user account, I’ll lose everything I’ve built.
    Otherwise, I would have deleted it already.

    What actually happened is that I can’t see my username.
    Instead of it, I see the number 1.
    And it doesn’t let me log in.

    I tried doing a Repair, and I also tried deleting the game.
    I even deleted the EA App data.
    I went to human support — spoke with several agents, and none of them managed to help me.
    Now it has been forwarded to the team related to the servers.
    I hope they find a solution, this is really, really depressing

    I’m updating —
    after almost two weeks without being able to play,
    and after going through quite a few online representatives.

    I gathered the courage, with support from one of the agents,
    deleted my user, and added a new one. The game opened normally.
    Only the settings were reset, but my Ultimate Team was not affected,
    and the game is working properly.

    For anyone who ever gets stuck in a similar situation —
    you can delete the user; it does not affect your Ultimate Team.

    Thanks to everyone who responded and helped bring up this idea.
