Random crash in live events and single draft

I have played multiple games of the season 2 World tour cup event and it always kicks me out after 1 minute of in game gameplay. It is affecting my record now and this happens every 3 games. I was also playing single draft and then it suddenly kicks me out too after playing 2 games. It affected my single draft record and also the rewards that I am getting. I checked my internet connection and I found no issues as my other devices also did not crash. I hope you solve this quickly and I would appreciate a compensation for these issues.
