Rivals Boost reward

Whenever i play co-op and we complete one of the boosters like, get a hattrick or score 2 goals in the first half we don't get the rewards sometimes it shows red sometimes green but with both we just dont get ik 8/10 times. this cost me already multiple 80+ packs
