RT/R2 Online Overlay not working

So out of the blue the last 2-3 days, my RT/R2 overlay on the bottom right corner stopped working.

I press it with my controller, i use my mouse to hover over it and click, i use the keyboard keybind too, nothing.

Also it shows my friends offline even though in the Web App i see them online

I can get invites but they only pop up in the Web App to accept them, not in game.

Support told me to try some things like clear cache, go offline/online, admin mode, etc, nothing worked. My bottom right corner still says 0 friends online and i cant bring the online overlay up at all...
