Saved Manager Career does not load – stuck on empty background screen

In EA SPORTS FC 26, while playing Manager Career Mode, I created a career, saved it, and exited the game. When I try to load the saved career again, the game seems to start opening it, but then only shows the background screen. Nothing else loads — the menus don’t appear, and I can’t exit or restart from that state.
