searching for opponents

The game stays locked on the "Searching for Opponents" screen. No opponent is found, and the game does not time out.  no indication of the search status, reason for failure (e.g., server issue, connection incompatibility, low player count), or next steps, resulting in a silent failure loop.

my internet connection is stable, high-speed, and reliable (suggesting the issue is likely within the game's matchmaking service-  not the local network.)

No known workaround allows me to successfully bypass this search state.

Adding transparent failure reporting would greatly assist users in troubleshooting connection issues or confirming server status

the game is not playable for days
