Season pass 3 & 4 icons Career Mode bug!!

Hi,

I purchased EAFC 26 For PS5 full price in September when it launched I also spent another $50 on season pass.  I have claimed every reward since season 1 through season 4!!

however, there is a bug or glitch happening when users claim Wayne Rooney in season 3 he doesn’t appear as a selectable icon for career mode despite it saying he was.  

Also, in season 4 when claiming Gullit and Mattaus they do appear as a selectable icon in career mode however they remain locked and users are unable to unlock them to play career mode.  

I attached screen shots for your reference, showing the claimed rewards but icons remain locked in career mode.  Let me know if you need any additional information!!
