This is still an issue and affecting a lot of people and has not yet been acknowledged properly by EA.
There is nothing that says the 'Claim All' button automatically claims the default rewards i.e. the packs because they are first in the list. Even if this were the case, there is still a bug because clicking 'Claim All' when trying to claim both Level 39 and 40 results in you being presented with a screen to choose what you want for Level 40 Standard, but not for Level 40 Premium, as seen quite clearly in this video: https://youtu.be/7Xbvy6kCnF8?si=LAQLwOb5M_kajGqf
There have been so many replies to the main thread Season Pass Level 40 Rewards - Tomori | EA Forums - 12737086 that this should be looked at again, and at least rectified by the end of Season 1.
