Season Pass Level 40 Rewards - Tomori

I have just reach level 40 of the season pass and after clicking ‘claim all rewards’ I was just rewarded the packs automatically instead of getting the choice of the cards (in which I wanted to take the Morgan Rogers card) - Is there a way this can be fixed or reverted as it’s a card I have worked towards and now I can’t use it - still have the unopened pack in the store.

Same issue here - grinded hard to get Tomori but was stuck with packs. I'd even pay the premium pass FC points again to get that card if it was an option.

I’m doing a Chelsea past and present and I just completed the season pass I picked tomori and it gave me the pack I grinded all that time to not get the player I want so unfair I’ve lost all motivation to play the game anymore 

I just became LEVEL 40 on Premium Battle Pass and I decided to use claim all button and the game didn't give me a choice of picking Tomori, he was at the 40th level and it automatically picked the 84x3 pack and i didn't get the choice of picking Tomori, I was able to pick between Morgan Rogers or 85x2 pack but it wasn't at level 40 for Tomori, please help me out, I didn't even open my 84x3 pack to make it fair, it is an important card and I need him, the game didn't even gave me any option to pick it

Bug Description:
Upon reaching Level 40 of the Season Pass, I held down the claim button without realizing it would automatically select the packs instead of the player rewards (Tomori and Rogers).
My intention was to choose the players, but the system instantly redeemed the packs without giving me the chance to confirm or change the selection.
Unfortunately, I also opened the packs before realizing the mistake.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.     Reach Level 40 of the Season Pass.
2.     Hold down the claim button without manually selecting a reward.
3.     The system automatically redeems the packs without confirmation.
Expected Result:
I expected to be able to manually choose between packs and players, or at least confirm the selection before it was finalized.
Actual Result:
The system instantly redeemed the packs, and I lost the opportunity to claim Tomori and Rogers.
Additional Info:
I understand that the packs have already been opened, but I kindly ask if it’s still possible to receive the players, as this was an unintentional mistake and there was no warning or confirmation before the reward was claimed.

I went to claim the level 40 reward and I was prompted to choose the free reward first. Because i did not want World Tour Rogers, I chose the 2x 85+ Rare Gold Players Pack. I was not given an option to choose the premium tier for the battle pass. After claiming the free level 40 tier it said I claimed the level 40 premium tier which was not the case. It seems I am not the only one who faced this issue. Please upvote so they can see this and we can properly have our rewards from playing their game. 

I got this bug too. It was when I pressed and held 'Claim' instead of doing each one individually. However, I was presented with some of the choices but not all of them. I had a screen for Level 39 Premium and I picked 83+ x5, and then I had a screen for Level 40 Standard and I picked 85+ x2 instead of Rodgers. I didn't get a screen for Tomori (I would have picked him if given a choice).

This is a bug and not what is supposed to happen so we should receive compensation if they see it.

Yes I got this too. I also claimed both Level 39 and 40 using the Claim All button. I was given the choice for Level 39 Premium and Level 40 Standard but not Level 40 Premium which contained Tomori.

As an aside, the Season Pass screen is a complete UI fail. Needs to be redesigned.
