Sluggish gameplay online and offline FC26 PS5

Recently my gameplay online and offline has been sluggish. My players are moving like they’re in sand. I’m not holding down the sprint button like crazy either. The players don’t run or move and there’s significant delay whenever I’m trying to pass or shoot. Offline is only better because the difficulty is lower. Last week I did not have this issue at all and the gameplay was very fast paced and smooth. I ran an ea connection quality report and got a 99/100 score with good levels on each indicator. I’m not sure how this can be true and still have a significant difference in gameplay quality from week to week. Please help fix this. I’ve tried switching controller settings and graphics/visual settings in the game but everything was fine just last week.
