Some PS+ missing from rewards page

I'm working on evolving the Make Your Idol Endo card. I'm at the point where I apply the 2nd PS+, but I'm unable to see Pinged Pass + in the Rewards list. It's not in the Rewards tab at all, I think other PS+ are missing as well.

So far the Evos I've applied are: Make your idol - Starter -> Make your idol - Midfielder 1 -> Make your idol - Intercept+ -> Make your idol - Attacker 2. Now he's overall 89 with 5 PS and 1 PS+. When I go into the Rewards tab to Evolve him further the only PS+ I see are: Quick Step +, Finesse Shot +, and Bruiser +. Why am I missing so many PS+? 

I'm currently level 23 in the FC Season Pass (Premium). What is the point of buying these Season Passes when they are so infuriatingly buggy. I see so many bug reports going unanswered. Something this simple should not be so buggy.
