SP not being tracked

played 1 pm Middle East 

I done the 5 play games in manager mode for weekly sp and the 10 obj's in player mode for the other weekly SP reward but the game not count the matches it says 0/5 and 0/10 

Please solve the problem becasue me nad a lots of player cant get lvl's in season pass

Player Career (Games played).

Essentially none of the Sp is tracking therefore we cannot rank up the ladder to get evos etc before time runs out.
