Squads Battles Crashes after Penalties

For some time now, every time Squad Battles match goes in to the penalties, the game instantly crashes straight after the last penalty and then I get a Windows error message. After restarting the game, even though I won the match, my score shows 2:2. It affects my points and objectives.
