Stadium shadow and player shadow bug

In the ea fc 26 settings I’ve got both stadium and player shadows off for when I go into a game. Now every few games it somehow turns back on again and is very distracting. P.S I’m elite division and it really distracted me and caused me to go down in skill rating. also I tried turning both player and stadium shadows off and yet it still show the shadows.
