Stuttering and unstable fps[PC]

My game has been suffering from REALLY bad stutters and unstable fps. Ever since some update in early December my game has been uncomfortable to play. I used to get 100 fps no problem on max settings at launch but now I can't even hit 60 fps most of the time I play. This was an issue for me around the same time for FC 25. EA needs to shape up and show some actual support for PC players because this same thing happening 2 games in a row is just inexcusable and sad.
