Sub(s) warming up glitch

This just started happening to me and my friend recently. When doing League matches in pro clubs that message will pop up mid game. It would take several minutes for it to go away. But when it does the whole game is out of sync. The game will be playing differently for my friend. I will notice our players acting differently like we’re not in control of them. The defenders if they get the ball would either stand still or run the ball out of bounds/kick it out of bounds. This feature of players being able to join mid match should be removed.
