Team Management issue during pause or mid game (PC)

Hi, I've got a problem. I can't access "Team Management" during in mid game or pause. When I try to go team management. it's always loop me to pause menu. But other option like Setting or Match Facts...

5 days still have this  issue. no update to fix this, as i told, I'm not sure this is "NEW FEATURE" of FC26 to not allow change substitute or plan or do something in mid game. if it's right please tell me how to turn off this features.

btw I just sarcasm. I know this is not a feature it's a "**bleep**ING REAL BUG" 100%, I wanna be good player and your customer then please be good publisher Just **bleep**ing FIX THIS PLEASE.
