Team management issues

There is a serious Career Mode bug where, after loading a save, I can no longer edit my lineup.

I can move players around and the animation plays, but the changes don’t actually apply. As a manager, I’m basically locked out of editing my own team.

On top of that, the game shows a “trainer boost” for all players even though I don’t have any trainer assigned, which makes it seem like the team state is bugged.

The only workaround I’ve found is to go into Team Sheets and import a sheet from another team. After that, editing works again.
This feels like a major bug affecting core functionality
