Transfer Market Still Locked After Completing Objectives

I purchased the Ultimate Edition, which costs more specifically for early access. Yesterday I completed all the objectives – every single one is marked green and I claimed the reward – yet the transfer market is still locked with the message “Transfer locked – complete the required objective.”

This is unacceptable. Transfers are a core feature, and in the most expensive edition of the game it should work properly. At the moment, I cannot use a key part of the game I paid extra for.

If this issue is finally resolved, I expect the 48-hour cooldown for unlocking transfers to be counted from the moment I completed the last objective, not from whenever the bug gets fixed. Otherwise I am unfairly losing even more time.

If you cannot fix this immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further, including requesting a refund and contacting consumer protection authorities, because the game in its current state is not functioning as sold.
