Transfer Targets

I’ve got 11 team of the week cards on transfer targets. Been there for about a week now, when I go to press RT on them to sort them, it says ‘connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu’

just wondering if anyone else is having this problem? And if there’s a way to sort it.
