I've been doing the icon swaps challenges and started doing the Ronaldo SBC. I put my 11 players into the first one and then went on to the second one and realised i had two players missing which means i can't do the Ronaldo SBC and I'm 11 tokens down. For this to happen when you have to invest so many hours into doing the challenges is unacceptable and needs sorting out.
Community ManagerHi. I had 17 tokens and just had a couple of challenges to go to do the Ronaldo SBCs so I thought I'd do the first XI SBC. Did that and then went to fill in the players I had in the second SBC which is when I realised two were missing. If I don't get them back I've wasted 11 icon tokens in the first SBC and all the time it took to get them.
Community ManagerHave you checked your unassigned pile redpoolfan to see if the items are there?
Have you checked to ensure that you have not quick sold them or listed them?

I've checked all of that. I haven't quick sold or listed them. The only thing I can think of is that the players were in the work area when I did the first sbc and they've gone from there?
Hi I incorrectly got banned. I’ve sent a lot of cases a lot of appeals and I got an email basically saying that I’m unban when I go back on the game I can’t even go online and when they told me, I have to wait 10 days I said OK fine I waited 10 days just for them to send me something saying that my ban will stay on and I have to say the investigation that they did was truly false because I have never once distribute or buy coins. All my coins was getting through by selling Players and earning coins through fut champions or rivals. they also stated that I made false claims. No I have not. If my account was searched thoroughly you’ll see that I have proof on my account. No, I am not not a streamer. No I am a content creator so of course I will not have any video or take any type of visual evidence. I don’t have that, but if you check my account, you’ll see, so I don’t know how still banned. I’ve waited in total 30 days For nothing, I hope someone can help me and reach out because this is unfair and unjust there are so many hackers in this game yet up to this day they’re still on the game, so many people that are providing you guys live evidence of them purchasing coins from distributors. Yet you guys decide to randomly banned me. I would like if this ban can get uplift, it very embarrassing that even in the state the company ,your re still willing to loose long time players with ea is not going to be relevant in the future if you keep allowing this
Completed all icon swaps objectives. Auto filled low to high icon swaps tokens in to first R9 squad and submitted. Load up second squad and do the same and im short 2 tokens?? Definitely didn’t submit them elsewhere or discard so where are they??
It's incredibly frustrating when every team I come up against now has R9 in it!!
i did the exact same thing, after putting countless hours into completing them i put my first 8 into the squad of 8 and submitted it so i could focus on competing him, i then finished the rest of the swaps and saw that i was missing 2 swaps, after completing 19/20 swaps i now only have 17/20 swaps this doesnt make sense
