It only appears to be happening in gauntlet mode.
I keep restarting the game and trying different squads. I even tried deleting all my squads in the web companion as I saw that as a recommended solution.
I have recorded some of the gauntlet sessions but am not clear on how to share them with you.
Are you restating the game during the match?
You should be able to abandon the match by restart the game while playing it in order to start a new Gauntlet session.
If you run into an error accessing UT afterward, delete the active squad in the Companion app or the Web app, then set up a new, empty one as active there.
I would need a recording of the entire session, from start to finish, to try to determine exactly what could be triggering this state.
Other players seem to have noticed this happening after backing out of the mode, playing in a different game mode between gauntlet matches, or making changes to the squad. So please avoid doing that. It should get you through the end of a new session without errors.
