Ultimate gauntlet reward bug

I cant redeem the perfect round reward , after winning 3 games in 1 entry , i will send a video so describing it shouldn't be necessary , assuming human eyes will see this report. And not to sound pompous or entitled but i feel like i need to say this , I Demand Compensation, if the bug cant be fixed  having packs delivered to my account would be nice or draft tokens , or just straight up every icon in the game would be the the ideal choice , for the thousand of euros you basicly scammed out of me over the years and still no icon packed since i first hoped for 1 in fifa 14

        Apologies for the rambling , i just hope some kindhearted individual eith a disobedient nature would answer my plea and give me something EA never gave me , ……. Happiness

 Yes the video cant load properly i blame the sites URL, I hope u will take my word for it about the gauntlet reward bug that is the only sane statement in this message  , but if you help with my “insane” statements i would prefer that,
