Ultimate Team - no rewards and unable to log in
After playing all the FUT Champions matchups, I was disconnected from the server. When I logged back into Ultimate Team, I accessed the FUT Champions screen. The information displayed was: matches played 15, matches to play -1, yes, a negative value. This happened on Saturday. I reported the situation to Customer Service. I was told to wait 24 hours. The next day, everything was the same, and I was unable to claim my rewards.
I contacted support again, and they told me they would make fixes and solve the situation. They told me to log out of the game and log back in. Since then, I have been unable to log into Ultimate Team for three days. I asked for clarification and the answer was always the same: "We don't know, we're investigating, we don't know how long it will take to fix."
Once again, it's clear that players don't matter to this company. In my case, I've invested a few hundred euros in this game, more specifically in Ultimate Team. I play for fun and because I like healthy competition. In the end, I'm losing days of content because I play on a regular basis.
What started as a reward issue has turned into a case where I can't access the online content at all, and EA hardly cares to provide clarification, in a situation that they ended up escalating, never directly admitting the mistake.
