Ultimate team and division rivals Not Finished ERROR...

I played a match that ended in a draw, everything seemed normal, but when it came time to claim the rewards, a message appeared saying that the Ultimate Team connection was lost and it kicked me out of Ultimate Team. Then I logged back in as if nothing had happened, and it said the match was marked as not finished, or NF. I want the match back, since I drew fairly and played every minute.
