Ultimate team disconnects after winning the match.

I won a match in rivals. After finishing the match, instead of coins and points in rivals, I received some error message. When I returned to the game, it disconnected me from ultimate team and when I joined ultimate team, I received a message that I left the game and blah blah blah. You know what you programmed there. I'm quite angry. The game is 95% of the time unplayable due to lag and when the game finally runs in a way that is at least a little playable, after winning it disconnects me and I don't get anything at all? Can you at least arrange for when you win a match, so that ultimate team doesn't disconnect you after you finish the match? 

I am not sure if the opponent can hack your game but in the 92nd minute, when he received a goal, he paused the game 2x and then the game disconnected. Could this be the reason?...
