Ultimate Team locked after Gauntlet Round 4 bug

I encountered a serious bug while playing the Gauntlet event in Ultimate Team on PS5. After reaching Round 4, the game incorrectly allowed me to use two squads instead of one. Every match I played failed to count, whether I won or lost, and my progress remained stuck on the same round. After this happened, I could no longer access Ultimate Team and always receive the message "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment." I restarted my PS5 and the game several times, but the issue has persisted since yesterday. Please investigate this issue, restore my Ultimate Team access, and fix the Gauntlet Round 4 bug affecting my account. Thank you.
