Unable to turn off Reaction Time Calibration and Player Direction Arrow

I have the game on PC and even after reinstalling various times and trying the Repair function on the EA app, I'm still unable to have these settings turned off. I've also tried to delete my FC26 profile and saving the FC26 Profile with the settings I want to be saved, however, still the same issue.
