Unfair Pack Rewards and Matchmaking in EA FC 26

Dear EA Sports Support,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the unfair experience I have been having in EA FC 26. Despite opening a large number of player packs — including many purchased using EA FC Points — I have consistently received low-quality players. It feels extremely unbalanced, especially considering the significant time and money I have invested in the game.

Because of this, I am also unable to complete any major SBCs, as I simply do not receive players of sufficient quality or value from my packs.

Furthermore, the matchmaking system frequently pairs me against top-tier squads with the strongest players, which makes the experience feel even more unfair. I would like to ask you to review my account and verify whether everything is functioning properly in relation to pack rewards and matchmaking fairness.

I have always enjoyed your games and support the franchise, but I kindly ask for your help in ensuring a fair and balanced experience for all players.
